Tried this Nepalese food truck recently and had a mixed experience overall. The steamed momos were good and probably the highlight of the meal. They were soft, fresh, and great for people who don’t eat spicy food, but if you enjoy bold spicy flavors, you may find them a little bland. The chow mein was decent, nothing extraordinary but still okay for a quick bite. The bhel, however, was extremely spicy definitely something to keep in mind if you cannot handle spice well. The tea was also way too sweet for our liking and could have been better balanced. The setup is very casual with outdoor seating only, and parking is available right in front of the gas station, which makes it convenient for a quick stop. Overall, worth trying once especially for the momos, but the flavors can be a hit or miss depending on your spice preference.
